Embody freedom and grow compassion through connection with creative flow

I started walking the path in my early twenties. Unbeknownst to me, I was unfolding my authentically creative self and it was, well, multi-dimensional.

For a decade, I poured my attention into dance, nature, activism, healing and philosophy. Transformed by experiential learning, knowledge and the synthesis of the two, I began to find the others in community, including mentors and friends.

It was at a time when the economy was better. Nobody I knew worked two jobs. Many worked part-time. I was surrounded by spiritual seekers, artists, biologists, somatic researchers, activists, performers, teachers…Whatever their focus, people were seeking something real and meaningful rather than pursuing choices based on fear or scarcity.

Time was abundant! Creative practice and collaborative projects were part of everyday life. It was as though an ethos of intrinsic value was paramount and money wasn’t much of a focus because you didn’t need much to learn or start living your dreams.

Fast forward to 2025… things are more complex. Community has changed. People are hustling more and let’s get real, this tech information age has changed us.. To look around the world beyond our communities is easier, so we notice expressions of discontent as well as find all kinds of entertainment. In the process of being absorbed by the online options, we distance ourselves from our animal bodies, authentic expression and authentic art while our connections to real world communities fade.

At this point, if we want wholeness we have to think about where we put our attention. We have to consciously advocate for our freedom to be real, to heal and integrate our creative selves into communities we build through authentic orientation.

We have to seek out rituals that feed our hearts, minds and souls, making it a priority to deepen our connection with our true nature.

As a helper, healer, coach, teacher and arts communicator, I’m seeking community in others where I can serve their unfolding. For over Thirty-five years I’ve been adding skills, modalities and media to my offerings.

Travels, touring and living in many communities with my life partner have given me perspectives that staying in one city would have prevented. We’ve worked with and in so many kinds of people.

I’m thrilled so be older and wiser offering Creative Unfolding Coaching and Somatic Healing to individuals who need the support I had.
