Explore and discover a new frontier of holistic exercise with universal principals of dance, somatic movement, creativity, energy practices & relational play

Aimed at embodied resonance, this pleasurable practice promotes Body/Mind/Spirit connection by actively moving attention between how movement is sourced and experienced, as the dance unfolds.

This weekly holistic health ritual invites you to engage in individual and group focused territories.

While practicing, you’re asked to shift your attention from inner to outer and outer to inner sources of information and inspiration, in an exploration of mechanics and imagery, that helps to build a foundation for experiential movement, regeneration and healing.

What to expect:

❤️ Be moved by music and let sound support movement explorations

😀 Have fun with imagery as a way to develop strength, work on coordination, access fluidity and unfold artful movement

🌁 Bridge your fluid system and the subtle (where the creative spirit is most at home)

🧖‍♀️ Get to know systems and parts of your body and their potentials

3️⃣ Develop your “kinesphere” by using vision to support proprioceptive mechanics, particularly how you shift weight and orient as a three dimensional body in space

⚪️ Practice body-field and unified field awareness

👍 Create in the space and explore collaborations between body-mind, fields, the floor, space and others

And what UNFOLDs in you and we that’s unique to each session 😊

Some benefits of this practice explained through the lenses of neuroscience, physiology and embodiment coaching:

✨ Brainwaves shift from beta to alpha and theta in deeply creative states

✨ Feel good neurotransmitters release when we: connect to the felt sense of touch (oxytocin), we play (serotonin), we’re tickled by surprise (serotonin) , we exercise the fluid system and touch into subtle energy (oxytocin and dopamine), we complete the practice (dopamine)

✨ A more fluid state of the fascia tissue = a more conductive body for intelligent movement connected to fields, expressing from your spirit and feeling more youthful and elasticity and mobility in your body

✨ Giving permission to ourselves to be creative, embodied humans open the space to potentials for inventing, communing and even problem solving (in our lives)

✨ The Presence we grow and take into other arenas of our lives can make the world a better place
